The Story of It's Cool To Love America™

I grew up a proud American boy.

From memorizing the 50 state capitals to learning every U.S. president, I’ve always been fascinated by what made America... America. My parents played a big role in that, one conservative, one leaning democrat, both raising me to think critically and appreciate our country for what it truly is: a land of people, culture, and a message rooted in freedom and opportunity.

I fell in love with the idea that this is the country where dreams that are impossible elsewhere are not only possible, they’re pursued relentlessly. A place with the world’s strongest economy, the most powerful military, and a deeply rooted relationship with God. And on a lighter note, the same country that dominates in sports, music, and entertainment. That’s American Excellence. We may not always be the first to the table, but once we show up, we become the best.

Different eras breed different people, and I’m forever grateful for the micro-environment I was raised in. It taught me gratitude during hardship and instilled in me a belief that in America, you can fail 1,000 times and still succeed on the 1,001st. That’s the epitome of American culture, not being the smartest or the strongest, but being relentless. Being the last one standing.

Fast forward to about a year ago. America was reeling from the effects of COVID, civil unrest, and a cultural shift that left many disillusioned. In the midst of recovery, something darker crept in. A growing trend where hating America was not just tolerated, but celebrated. It became “cool” to be cynical, to cheer on the downfall of a nation that has carried more than its fair share of the world’s weight. To me, that mindset isn’t just misguided, it’s destructive.

I decided to fight back. Not with more hate, but with love. I knew there were millions out there who still loved this country, but felt silenced or afraid to speak up. I wanted to build something for them. A message. A community. A brand rooted in patriotism, pride, and gratitude, not just for the good in America, but also the flaws. Because with great power comes great responsibility… and, yes, occasional mistakes. But those don’t define us, our resilience does.

This brand is my response. It’s Cool To Love America™ is about embracing our freedoms, including the freedom to disagree and using them to build bridges, not burn them. It’s about celebrating the beauty of our differences while rallying around the one thing we all share: our love for this country.

Whether you’re a doctor, a bricklayer, a student, a soldier, a first-generation immigrant, or a fifth-generation farmer, this is your invitation. Black, White, Asian, Latino, Native, if you believe in the promise of America, we’re on the same team.

Let’s bring back the pride we had as kids when we stood tall, hand over heart, to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Let’s remind the world that when Americans unite under a shared purpose, nothing can stop us.

It’s Cool To Love America™.
