At *It's Cool To Love America*, we want you to love your hat as much as we love this country. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our refund policy below:

1. **Timeframe for Returns**  
   We accept returns within 30 days from the time since delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. **Eligible Items**  
   Refunds are available for regular-priced and sale items, provided they meet the conditions above. Custom-made or personalized hats are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. **Refunds**  
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. **Damaged or Defective Items**  
   If your hat arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

6. **Exchanges**  
   We’re happy to exchange hats for a different size or style (subject to availability) within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the return process above and let us know your exchange preference.

7. **Non-Returnable Items**  
   Hats that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
